Shipping & Returns
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free Australia-wide delivery is offered for all orders of $150 or more. If your order is less than $150, there is a flat rate charge of $15. We also offer free local pick up in Tamworth, NSW (address provided at checkout).
When will I receive my order?
Items in stock: will be picked, packed, and shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
All orders are only processed on Monday – Friday. During busy periods, such as Christmas, we will be working through the weekend to help support delivery times.
Where is my order?
Confirmation emails are sent with every order, including a tracking number that can be used to see live shipping details.
Can I update or cancel my order?
We are only able to update or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or packaged.
If you need to update or cancel an order, please email info@luxearomas.com.au with your order number and requirements so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
We are located in regional NSW and use Australia Post for all orders.
Estimated shipping times are as follows, depending on your shipping method and location:
Standard Shipping Australia - 3 - 5 business days
Express Shipping Australia - 1 - 3 business days

RETURNS:
We offer 14 day returns on all items, with the date starting from the day you receive the items. Shipping costs associated with the return of the items will be the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with a refund to the value of the items purchased.
Goods must be returned in unused and new condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you have a tracking number) will not be accepted and are at the responsibility of the customer. Once the return product has been received by us, we will endeavour to inspect and process the refund within 5 business days.
EXCHANGES:
Currently we do not offer exchanges.
What is the process for returns?
Please return item as per below:
1. Contact info@luxearomas.com.au and we will send you our returns form.
2. Re-pack your items in it's original box with all packaging (exactly as you received them).
3. We can then advise you the delivery address for you to send the items back to us
It is advised you keep a tracking reference for your parcel, so you know when it has been delivered back to Luxe Aromas.
What is the process time of refunds?
Once your items have been received by Luxe Aromas please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
